Once you have your Google ID, Steve can invite you to be a Contributor to the blog. If each of the "leaders" of the troop has Contributor status, then we can each open new topics. For instance, we could title one "Wichita Campout" and another "Webelos Weekend" and people could add comments to the posts.
Ok, I have my identity, it seems that it will be a personal preference if the responses are e-mailed or not. I have to admit, I have never blogged a thing in my life.

Okay, so you have to create a Google identity first (unless you own one of the other identities - and facebook isn't one of them.)
Once you've done the google ID, it brings you back to the Leave your comment box.
With a blog, we'll have to go out and look for the discussion, right? It won't automatically appear anywhere?

I found the Subscribe to this blog button and had it added to my My Yahoo page, so I'll see it when I log in to my yahoo mail. Cool.

I saw a feature where an e:Mail is sent out every time a comment is added. This feature is disabled at this point.
